The focus of agility, as set out in the Agile Manifesto, was, is and always will be on individuals. If you look at agile frameworks, people are often asked about results (review) or optimizations of their way of working (retrospective), exchange ideas intensively (daily, estimation & planning meetings) - so far, so good, communication is established.
But how important is the development of one's own personality in the team? What about growth, career, position, tasks, … and even salary?
In this Unconference Hybrid, we will address these and other questions brought by the participants. Richard Seidl will provide the topic impulse. What does he say?
Richard Seidl: “Technological development is progressing rapidly. All the new AI possibilities can make your head spin. But where are the people in all of this? Over the last 20 years, I've been involved in many agile projects and have observed time and again that all the methods, procedures and frameworks have a very strong impact on something that is fundamentally human: personal development. And this goes beyond dealing with values, beliefs and one's own identity. For me, personal development is even the core of an agile path - whether as a team or as an individual.”
As a consultant and agile coach, future optimist and software expert Richard Seidl supports companies on their path into the digital future. Unlocking potential and further development - these are the topics that drive him. For Richie, one thing is clear: if you want to create excellent products today, you need to think holistically: people, context, methods and tools - a mindset for developing potential and innovation only emerges when everything comes together.
He is the author of several books and is in demand as a keynote speaker on international stages. His latest project is an expert podcast for the software industry.
Our entire economic and business world is undergoing the most rapid upheaval in living memory. The only thing that remains the same is continuous change - even if it is accelerating. The key is to respond to these new challenges in a flexible, resilient, social and sustainable - in other words, agile - way.

#AgileCircleUnconference
Alexander *weixi* Weichselberger has launched the Agile Circle. The Agile Circle is the meeting place for implementers of digital innovations. This is where agile managers, software developers, testers, product owners and scrum masters can meet, exchange ideas, be inspired and develop new ideas.
The Agile Circle brings together different perspectives on software development: management, development, testing and delivery.
In addition, the Agile Circle offers interested parties a platform for exchange via a variety of social media channels.
No result without a team! Behind the Agile Circle are many personalities who have played a key role in the creation of the Agile Circle.
Each team member was asked the following questions:
